How to Register
Submit your BOBCATSSS 2019 registration via the online REGISTRATION FORM.
All registrations MUST be submitted by January 15th, 2019.

The participation fee includes the conference program, materials and coffee breaks, social program and city tour.
Please note that the conference dinner is not included in the conference registration price.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds
Non-author Refund
Refund request should be made via email. Cancellations placed before December 14th, 2018 will be subject to a 20% EUR cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS will be made after December 14th, 2018. Cancellation request must be made in writing by email and sent to bobcatsss2019@gmail.com with subject line: BOBCATSSS 2019 CANCELLATION.
Author Refund
Author registration is non-refundable. Registration fees can be transferred to another co-author under special circumstances. All transfer requests must be made in writing by email and sent to bobcatsss2019@gmail.com with subject line: BOBCATSSS 2019 CANCELLATION.
Author No Shows
BOBCATSSS 2019 enforces a strict “no show” policy. Each accepted submission must be presented by at least one of the authors in-person at the conference site according to the schedule published. Any paper accepted into the program, but not presented on-site will be withdrawn from the official program.
IMPORTANT: Bank transfer cost should be paid to the bank separately by the participant.
Please, don’t forget to e-mail the bank transfer receipt to bobcatsss2019@gmail.com with subject line: BOBCATSSSS 2019 REGISTRATION RECEIPT.
The participation fees are owed upon registration and should be paid within 5 days following submission of the registration (but not later than January 8th, 2019).
